Projects don’t happen without support. That support comes in many forms. A community member volunteering. Another organization taking a shift at the registration table. Whatever it may be that support is vital for a project to run successfully.
When planning a new project, some things don’t fall into place without a nudge. That could be paying to train volunteers, infusing some cash into an aspect the project will sustain by itself after the first successful outing, or maybe helping buy materials to get the last vital piece of the project off the ground.
